Salary: ₡672,000 plus bonuses
Work Schedule: 7:00am to 4:00pm // 8:00am to 5:00pm (subject to daylight saving time)

Job Summary:
At RAMSolutions we are seeking dynamic and dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by answering or making calls to assist customers with their needs and queries.
You will handle complex situations or escalation calls, offer solutions, and ensure that customers feel valued and supported through active listening.
Additionally, you will engage with irate customers to diffuse tense situations and strive to exceed KPIs to delight customers.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Strong English level (B2 minimum).
- At least 6 months of experience in a call center/contact center environment in a customer service position.
