Digital Marketing Specialist
Location in Costa Rica (must be local).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, configure, and optimize our social media presence across various platforms. This role requires an individual with strong technical capabilities in social media management and SaaS tools, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to solve complex issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
Manage user access and configurations in all social media platforms, including Sprinklr, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram.
- **Technical Support:** Diagnose and troubleshoot high-level technical issues with platforms, liaising with stakeholders to resolve them.
- **Administration:** Oversee admin configurations, including custom metadata fields, workflow rules, macros, and templates across social platforms.
- **Stakeholder Support:** Provide self-service support to stakeholders by setting up social analytics reports, Boolean queries in social listening tools, and managing short URLs and QR codes using Bitly.
- **Collaboration:** Facilitate meetings with the Social Capabilities Manager and liaise with the Social Governance and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- **Project Management:** Proactively manage security and maintenance projects related to social media tools and platforms.
**Desired Experience:**
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with social media management SaaS platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Spredfast/Khoros).
- Proficiency in using popular social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, YouTube, X, Instagram).
- Experience with social listening platforms and other related SaaS tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Positive customer service skills, including clear communication, patience, and adaptability.
